Ade Ewuosho provides strategic leadership for digital transformation and platform integration across financial services and enterprise environments. With over 28 years of experience, he has delivered complex modernization programs for Fortune 500 institutions, focusing on core banking systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital payments.

Before joining Bespoke Digital, Ade managed multi-country Flexcube rollouts across ten African markets for Access Bank, ABC Holdings, Barclays, and the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He also directed Atlas Mara’s integration programs in Zambia and Botswana, achieving a 97 percent delivery success rate across Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, and the EMEA region.

His depth of expertise in aligning business transformation with technology strategy continues to guide his leadership across Bespoke Digital and MooreAdvice Group. Ade remains instrumental in shaping cross-market innovation, driving scalable solutions that enable digital resilience and long-term enterprise growth.

Kola Moradeyo leads the innovation, transformation, and brand experience agenda across MooreAdvice Group and Bespoke Digital. With over two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning banking, telecommunications, real estate, and consumer markets, he has directed major digital and brand rollout programs that integrate creativity, technology, and enterprise advancement.

Appointed as Director of Innovation at Bespoke Digital while continuing his legacy leadership within MooreAdvice, Kola drives cross-platform convergence and the development of next-generation brand ecosystems across Africa and Europe. His portfolio includes transformation and brand integration projects for MTN, Eswatini Mobile, Access Bank, and other pan-African institutions.

A participant at the Harvard Leadership Conference in Business and a member of the One World Innovation Network, Kola is recognized for connecting design thinking with enterprise-level innovation. His leadership consistently bridges creativity and business strategy, inspiring high-performance teams and fostering impactful collaborations that define the group’s forward-looking identity.

Omo Osewegie provides strategic oversight and technical direction for key transformation programs across the banking, enterprise, and technology ecosystems. With over a decade of international experience, he has led large-scale digital payment initiatives, core banking integration, and post-merger technology alignment across Africa and the United States.

Omo has served as Group Head of Digital Transformation and IT Projects at Access Bank, managing initiatives across more than twelve countries. His leadership ensured seamless technology execution, efficient project governance, and measurable business outcomes within complex multinational structures.

He holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University and a BSc in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, with executive programs completed at Wharton, Stanford, London Business School, and IMD. A certified PMP, PSM, PSPO, CSM, and CSPO professional, Omo combines technical depth with strategic vision to align digital initiatives with enterprise growth objectives across multiple markets. He serves as a valuable consultant to many strategic partnerships most of an seasoned mentor to the Bespoke Digital Operations team.
